A Farmhouse Garden

I was asked to create a garden for entertaining – to be able to put a marquee big enough to have a reception for 200 people.
They also wanted a large seating area close to the house, screening the swimming pool from the terrace and to maintain a view of the stables, so they could keep an eye on the horses.
It needed to require minimum maintenance and all year interest.
